What to Expect at Worship

“Enter into the Lord’s gates with thanksgiving” (Psalm 100:4)

On any Sunday, you’ll find people at Holy Trinity of all ages from diverse ethnic backgrounds, coming from as near as across the street to as far away as Odenton and Ellicott City.

Most folks dress casually. We’re simply delighted by all who come.

Our music comes from the Evangelical Lutheran Worship hymnal as well as Contemporary Christian Artists and is supported by organ and piano. The use of power point slides enhances the worship experience with the visual arts and allows us to have hands-free worship.

Because we come from diverse ethnic communities, we recognize everyone worships in their own way, not just with their voice. Our goal is for each person to have a fulfilling worshipful experience!

Children are always welcome in our worship services! We have a message just for the children at every service. Activity bags near the main doors to the sanctuary are filled with books, coloring pages, and crayons, to keep little ones occupied during worship to enhance the adult’s worship experience.

However, if your child needs some quiet time away, we have a nursery (for children through age 5), where parents can still hear the service. If you would like to see the service, as well as hear it, we have the service streaming on the large screen in the Welcome Center.
